JetPack form builder

Hello,

I am hosting my WP site myself so I got JetPack so I could get that nice little form builder button to add a Contact form to my Contact Us page. Just wondering what you need to hack to get it to redirect to a thank you page.

I know a lot of plugins do this but I’m not really anxious to do my forms all over again so any help would be appreciated.
