Everything else works on my site, except checking responses for Jetpack Forms which results in an error of “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.” Any ideas?

    Hey @sreford,

Thanks for the report. Can you give us more detail about the fatal? Here’s how:

    • Log into your hosting control panel (cPanel, Plesk, etc.), and look for a section called “Errors” or “Logs”.
    • If not available, connect via FTP/SFTP and check directories like /public_html//wp-content/, or the home/root directory for log files.
    • Download or open error.log or php_error.log files and search for entries near the time of your fatal error.
    • If unsure, contact your hosting support and request the PHP error logs for your site.
    • Finally, contact us at this contact form and share the logs. Make sure to link to this forums thread as well!

    Thanks, @sreford 🙂

And @nescafe89 – can you please start your own thread? That will help us keep our troubleshooting streamlined and specific for each Jetpack user. Also, please share your site URL in that new thread as well. Thanks!

Hello again @sreford – I think I’ve narrowed this down to a conflict with WP Super Cache. Our team has already released an update for it, so can you please try updating to the most recent version of WP Super Cache (3.0.3) and let us know if you still get the error when you navigate to the Jetpack Forms page in WP Admin?

    Thanks!

    Hi @nescafe89,

Thanks for checking again after updating WP Super Cache. Glad to hear the Forms tab now opens normally!

About the counter staying unread, could you please try clearing your browser cache and any site caching and then reload the page?

If it still shows as unread after that, could you share your site’s URL so we can take a closer look? If you want to stay private, you can share it through this contact form and include a link to this thread.

    Thanks!
