Hello everything I hope this is the right place to post this question. I converted site to e-commerce. Woo commerce installed and jetpack. I have NOT activated or connected jetpack. I go to disable jetpack and get a Jetpack Master User error. I tried to attach a picture but here is the error.

Warning use of undefined constant JETPACK_MASTER_USER assumed ‘ JETPACK_MASTER_USER’ (this will throw an error in future version of PHP).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do you “go to disable” a feature that is not activated?

Sorry I spoke wrong. I went to the active plugins to deactivate Jetpack and when I do that I get the said error.

    Hi there

This was fixed in version 1.25.9 of the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/woocommerce-services/#developers

Please make sure you have the latest version of the plugin.

If you continue to have trouble, could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

@drawmyface thanks for the information. I am running version 1.25.11 of the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin. The URL to my site is https://staging2.thechaoticcraftroom.com/. This is a staging site and I did get the popup from Jetpack but I was not planning on using Jetpack at the moment. I opened the URL in an incognito window and get different errors.

    Warning/home/customer/www/staging2.thechaoticcraftroom.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-services/classes/class-wc-connect-jetpack.php189

    Warning/home/customer/www/staging2.thechaoticcraftroom.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nitropack/functions.php433

Warning: Use of undefined constant JETPACK_MASTER_USER – assumed ‘JETPACK_MASTER_USER’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/customer/www/staging2.thechaoticcraftroom.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-services/classes/class-wc-connect-jetpack.php on line 189

I can try to disable the Nitropack Plugin to see if that helps but I will let it as is so you can look at the URL.

    Hey @danielalmas,

Let us know how it goes on that. I see that Jetpack is still not connected to your staging site. Look forward to your reply so we can take it from there if needed. Thanks!

@erania-pinnera thanks. I did try that but it did not work, However I have fixed the issue or so I think. I not only deactivated the JetPack Plugin but I also deleted it. This did not fix it, but then the kicker was that I purged cache and all was fixed. Thanks for the help and I am learning every day.
