    You gotta be kidding me. I don’t have the words to express my dismay. You tell us constantly to update our WP versions, and constantly promote jetpack, yet choose to make the best versions of WP INCOMPATIBLE with jpack? That’s like Ford making their cars incompatible with tires, folks. Who is making leadership decisions at WP these days?

    You yourself pointed out that “they” tell you to keep your version of WordPress up to date. We’re on 4.2.2 now.

    You can rest assured, Jetpack is compatible with the latest version of WordPress. You can see it in the top right corner of this page:

    As @poetikdragon suggested, I’d suggested updating WordPress to 4.2.2 on your site. The notice will disappear.

    If you still see a notice, make sure you’re running the most recent version of Jetpack as well, 3.6.
