I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.
You can do so by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and clicking on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page. You’ll then get the option to disconnect your site from WordPress.com.
I hope this helps.
Thanks for the quick support!
I just de-installed and re-installed before I read this. So it’s a fresh connection now.
Although this might seem like the right account, it sadly isn’t. The last stats are from around may 2015. And it has around 80 blog followers.
The good account has over a 100 blog followers and the stats go waaayyyy back (2012 I think).
I once configured Jetpack wrong and fixed it after some time. There must be another Alpha Audio with a lot of data. Can you please check it out? It’s realy valuable data!
Thank you in advance!
I cannot link again:
“Je Jetpack heeft een probleempje. Er ging iets mis wat niet geacht werd mis te gaan. Je hebt gewoon geluk: insert_blog
Probeer nog eens te verbinden.
Fout Details: Unable to insert blog. Please try again or contact support.”
I linked, but it’s not the right account. How can this be? Am I doing something wrong? It seems like Jetpack is creating new accounts everytime I link…
Really appreciate your help!
It seems that your site is now connected to the right blog ID. Stats go back to 2010, and there are more than 100 followers. It’s also the blog ID that was linked to the site until you made some changes 2 days ago.
You should be all set!
