Jetpack locking me out

Hi;

Tried login into my backoffice this morning and can’t. Jetpack has locked my account. I enter my email to ‘unlock’ it but then I only get the error: token not valid.

HELP! I need to get into my backoffice.

Can you clarify whether you’re struggling with http://basketupbaby.com/wp-admin ? I’m not sure what you mean regarding “unlocking” it, so, if you can send more details we’ll go from there.

I’m having the same issue with one of my websites:

Your IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx has been flagged for potential security violations. You can unlock your login by sending yourself a special link via email.

The redacted IP address is not my IP address. When I enter my email address the response is:

Oops, we couldn’t find a user with that email. Please try again!

A few days ago I started using a free account with CloudFlare, although the IP address flagged by JetPack appears to be from Germany (118)

I’ve tried whitelisting my real IP address.

Thanks – the problem has cleared itself.

All I did this morning was add my real IP address to my white list.
