    I reported a ticket to Jetpack support that the auto update feature wasn’t working. I now also notice the Related Posts feature isn’t working and the Publicize feature only works partially.

    Twitter & LinkedIn are connected. But Facebook and Google+ have stopped working and throw this error: Jetpack: [auth_failed] Authorization header was malformed.

    Would love to address/fix all of these problems if possible.

    I see you’ve sent us 2 emails about this, so I’ll let my colleagues reply to you there.

    Until they reply, I’d recommend trying the following:

    1) Go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard
    2) Click on “My Jetpack” at the top of the page.
    3) Click on “Disconnect Site from WordPress.com” if your site is currently connected to WordPress.com.
    4) Confirm the disconnection.
    5) Click on the Connect button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

    Hello Jeremy. I just updated my page, and jetpack has disappeared, along with the page builder options. My site now looks totally different, and i am unable to fix it. Jet pack will not re-install. Something similar also happend once before, and it resulted in me losing months worth of posts . Is there any help to be had here ?
