I have tested everything. Turned off all plugins..still jetpack cannot communicate. I use godaddy, Linux so not an issue. XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.
Error reads: There seems to be a problem with your site’s ability to communicate with Jetpack! It looks like your site cannot communicate with jetpack. I am logged into wordpress.com and all of this occurred when I did update to jetpack 2.5 I have WordPress version 3.6.1 None of the jetpack options I have activated are working. When using notifications I get a 400 error and top posts site stats says sorry nothing to report.

Having the exact same problem. Attempted all the listed workarounds like kimbacaffeinate did. I am using Godaddy if that is a factor.
Not sure what happened, but I was also getting a weird Error code: ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE. (all since jetpack upgrade) I dumped all of my chrome history, cache, etc since the beginning of time last night and when I woke up this morning everything was working, including jetpack. Not saying it was related..but whatever happen it is all systems go on my end.
