Thanks for posting in support. I’ve tested with jetpack so this is odd. Can you tell me if you have there “custom post” enabled? And also can you check to see if you have “photon” enabled in your plugin settings. Try turning on and off. I’ll get to work on this and see if I can track down what the issue might be.

The problem is with the portfolio created by jettpack but despite deactivate this jetpack options, pinnacle theme doesn’t work well until I deactivate the whole jetpack plugin.
Sorry, I don’t know when I will have time to test what you describe.

Ok, once you deactivate jetpacks portfolio. there “Custom Content Types”. Have you also tried deactivating “photon”?

I enabled jetpack, enabled photon, enabled custom content types. Then in the settings > writing. I unchecked the box for jetpacks portfolio since that would conflict. Once I did that everything worked just fine as you can see in the like above. I didn’t have to disabled jetpack or photo or even the testimonial post types that jetpack can add.
Is there anything else in your settings that I can try?

I don’t use photon.
I need to check custom content types.
Would love to hear any update on this?
Also as its seems you’ve left me a one start review. I would love to know what “home page options” your looking for. Considering that the home page can be a static page where you can add whatever you like in the page content what theme are you looking at that is giving more options?
Also would love to know what “bugs” you have with the image header?

I am currently trialling Virtue and had no issues setting it up however I thought I would try Pinnacle to see which I preferred.
I look to be having the same issue as above and don’t have anything enabled in custom contect types.
I am trying before buying and am concerned if I buy Pinnacle I would be wasting money and have to buy Virtue on top.
Do you guys have the option of using one or the other or do you need to purchase both if you were to use both?
Hoping to fix it so I can trial Pinnacle though.

I had no issues with the Virtue at all, so just wondering why there would be an issue with Pinnacle?
I have a heap of posts and only since I started the Virtue theme have I started adding feature images.
Surely thats not the problem?

If not it might be really good to start your own topic so there isn’t confusion.
Other wise can you tell me where your portfolio posts are?
Or maybe just start from the beginning and tell me what the issue is.
