Hello there,
I am glad to help!
Regarding your request, I checked the connection between Jetpack systems and your site and there is an error on it.
I see that your site is behind Cloudflare (a CDN and DDoS protection service), which may be contributing to this issue. Can you please try pausing Cloudflare as described here?

After you’ve paused it, try again to see if the issue persists.
Let me know if you have any questions.
My best regards,
Michelle C
Dear Michelle,
Thank you! That’s the best direction I’ve had all week. Now I have a target to fix. I’ve paused Cloudflare, but Jetpack doesn’t seem to be tracking yet. I’ll wait a few minutes to see if that changes. But I’ve had Cloudflare and Jetpack running on my website for years together and haven’t had this problem before, so I’m curious to see what changed. I did notice that Cloudflare stopped serving cached images of my site on the same day that Jetpack stopped tracking, so perhaps there’s a connection. I already wrote to Cloudflare help to find out what happened there.
Sincerely, Skye

Hi @skyeclas –
I took another look at your site and Stats are still not working. It looks like you have may also have a plugin – WP Rocket – that is possibly conflicting with Jetpack’s Stats feature. Could you try disabling that plugin as well?
Let us know how it goes and we can take another look.
@bobmatyas You’re a god! Dozens of hours of testing and on support forums, and I finally get the right answer. I’ve disabled these before, and checked to ensure they were compatible, but for some reason, when I tried it this time, it resolved the problem. Now I just have to configure WP Rocket so it doesn’t stop the stat tracking, while keeping my site fast. They’ve worked together fine for months, so I’m sure it can happen again.
Fantastic! Happy to hear you’ve currently got everything working normally now. 🙂
Minimizing code and assets can definitely be a tricky situation, to make sure things continue to operate. I do wish you luck in your search for the perfect settings!
Have a safe rest of the week.
@madhattersez Oh, I wish everything was normal now. My speed and CWV have crashed, and Jetpack is back to not tracking again. I have no idea how long it will take me to get the configuration right.
