Jetpack Plugin

I am trying to activate the plugin Jetpack by WordPress but I get this error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Fatal error: Cannot find a library with slug admin-pages/class.jetpack-my-jetpack-page. in /mnt/stor09-wc1-ord1/782565/965908/www.forourpetswithlove.com/web/content/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/require-lib.php on line 27

Can someone please tell me what this means and what I need to do to fix it?
