Hello! I recently updated jetpack which caused my site to crash. I cannot login via admin either. I get this message when I try and access my site:

Warning: require_once(/home4/taace1i1a/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/taace1i1a/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 71

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home4/taace1i1a/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php56/lib/php’) in /home4/taace1i1a/public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 71

I did some research and tried what people have recommended. I have been unable to access my site through ftd to uninstall the plugin. My site is http://www.footprintsoffemme.com

    Thanks!

If you can’t use FTP, login to your hosting control panel and look for a file manager application and delete the directory wp-content/plugins/jetpack

Once your site is back, you can reinstall Jetpack.

Great! We kept getting error messages with wordpress when we tried to install the organizer plugin. But we went in through hostgator and it worked. Thank you!
