Yes, it works fine, you just have to activate it per site.

But I don’t achieve to post by email from wordpress.com 🙁
I did the following steps http://jetpack.me/support/post-by-email/ and I send a mail to my special address.
I don’t receive a notification email informing me of the published post’s details, and of course, the email is not published as a post.
Do you use this feature?
No, I don’t use Post by Email, I use the iOS app. I’m tagging this post for Jetpack. It may not be supported (or it may be your server… does this work for you on a single site?)

Thanks Ipstenu… I’ve just tried the iOS app, sure the best option. 🙂
