Jetpack Publicize error message -32300

I’m having problems with my hosting and jetpack, at first jetpack didn’t connect at all to jetpack (due to my hosting firewall)then i told them to whitelist *.wordpress.com , now jetpack is connecting ok, but when i try to add any social account to publicize i’m getting the error -32300.

I know its something wrong with my hosting, any idea of what i should tell them to fix this problem?
