my site are showing “Eliminate render-blocking resources”

Those links are not related to Jetpack, they are part of WordPress itself.

In any case, there are plugins you can try that will defer non-essential JS. Jetpack Boost is one of those plugins:

I’d suggest giving it a try and see if it helps.
