jetpack slideshow link to carousel

I can create a slideshow style gallery on a page. It does not have a link to make a full screen carousel. I see no way to link to a full screen carousel.

If I use a grid or mosaic style gallery I get a link to a full screen carousel. Clicking on an image in a grid launches a full screen carousel.

Is there a way to have the slideshow style gallery of photos on my site and link it to a full screen carousel?
