    Hi,

I’ve just had my redesigned site put live from a staging site, but Jetpack seems to have started the statistics again based on the redesign.

Is it possible to merge these with the previous data? My site is https://becleverwithyourcash.com

    Thanks

    Andy

    Hi Andy,

    My site is https://becleverwithyourcash.com

    Thanks for this info.

Could you please also share the URL of your staging site?

    Thanks!

    Hi Animesh,

Thanks for this. It was new.becleverwithyourcash.com but that now redirects to the live site.

    Thanks

I have just merged the stats for you. Can you confirm that all looks good at your end? Thanks!

    Hi, thanks for this.

However, though the stats are now combined fine when using the mobile app, on desktop, clicking the week/month/insights tabs etc reverts it back to the old stats that aren’t updating.

Also, I’ve noticed subscribers aren’t getting new post notifications and it looks like followers via WordPress haven’t transferred over. The help page says this is something you’ll need to help with too.

    Thanks

    Hi Andy

Is that in your wp-admin? It may just be a delay syncing data to/from your site. Are you seeing the same thing if you view your stats on WordPress.com?

Also, I’ve noticed subscribers aren’t getting new post notifications and it looks like followers via WordPress haven’t transferred over. The help page says this is something you’ll need to help with too.

I’ve now migrated the followers for you too. Please let us know if you continue to have trouble with subscribers not getting new post notifications.

    Thanks
