JetPack stats and WordPress.com

Hi, I manage for customers and artists quite a few selfhosted WP blogs.
All have JetPack installed and are connected to WordPress.com.
I then use the “stats” on WordPress.com to regularly check each blog’s behavior, without logging to each blog when not needed.

The problem is:
* some blogs have disappeared – even after deconnecting/reconnecting JetPack the blogs’ stats don’t appear in the the dropbox.
* some blogs were deleted without prior proper disconnection – they then still show up in the dropbox.

=> I can’t find a way to manage the blogs that appear in the stats on WordPress.com
Any idea ?
