Jetpack Stats Issue

    I saw the update by support with this being fixed in the next release. Thank you for that.

    In the meantime, what do I tell my 70 clients who can’t access their stats?

    Can you give us an ETA as to when the next update will be released with this fix? We’re not in a position to manually fix the code on 70+ installations.

    The next update should be released later this week.

    In the meantime, your clients can still access their stats under Jetpack > Site Stats, by clicking on “View All” in the Stats dashboard widget, or view the stats on WordPress.com:

    Thanks… Our clients are not quite that tech-savvy. We set up their WordPress.com accounts for them so we can connect Jackpack for them.

    All they know is that they see their stats in their WP dashboard.
