I lost all of the Jetpack-generated stats on my wp.org website. Here’s what happened:

I forgot the password I used to link Jetpack to my website, so I had to do a password reset. Following the password reset (although still using the same username), Jetpack requested I deactivate/reactivate the plugin, and then reconnect using the new password. Ok, no problem.

However, upon reactivating the plugin all of my previous stats were gone! I have attempted to contact Jetpack, but have not received any response.

    Can anyone help?!?

Just an update: I was able to recover stats thanks to the help of a WordPress Happiness Engineer. Problem: a missing ‘/’ in my wordpress URL (under Settings).
