Jetpack Stats stopped working

    Hi there,

    My Jet pack stats have stopped working, ive read all the topics on here to try and sort it myself and even hired developers on fiverr but i just cant get it working,

    XML-RPC is working fine and my hosting is receiving access requests from Jet pack,

    wp_footer() is present in footer.php

    I have removed all optimisation plugins nothing is effecting Javascript to my knowledge but i cant find _stq in my source code, tho im not sure if im looking correctly.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    @streetgarm On our end, Jetpack appears to be connected. Stats are enabled and also appear to be working correctly.

    What specifically isn’t working with Jetpack Stats for you? What are you trying to do, where are you trying to do it, what are you expecting to happen there, and what happens instead?

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. I lost all my old statistics after installing a fresh copy of wordpress to fix some issues we were encountering. I would be most grateful if you can help me restore the old stats.

    the only was i could get it to work was rolling back the latest update which conflicted with my plug ins

    Are you able to rule out which one is conflicting? You can look for an alternative or a plugin that achieves a similar outcome/function if needed.
