Jetpack Subscriptions: Empty Single Post Form Submit Paragraph

Activating Jetpack Subscriptions seems to remove the single post comment form submission button from the form-submit paragraph leaving the paragraph empty.

To recreate the issue you can use Twenty Nineteen, activate the Subscriptions module and then check the comment form in any post. If you deactivate the Subscriptions module, the form submission button will return to the form-submit paragraph.

The form submission button being removed from the form-submit paragraph is a problem if you’re trying to ensure perfect spacing with JP Subscriptions enabled.
