jetpack subscriptions not working

Hello team,

I’ve been trying to use jetpack subscriptions widget on my site: androidcure.com present at the bottom first widget. But it is not working, like when someone enters the email address in that box, nothing happens, neither that person gets subscribed or nor receives any notification or updates!

Don’t know what’s happening and looking for resolution as I’d like to have this widget.
