    Hi,

I’m experiencing a JavaScript error on my site related to the Jetpack (or Automattic) plugin, and I believe it’s coming from wpcom-upsell-support-link-handler.js. Here are the details:

    Error message in console:

    javascriptCopier

    Modifier

Uncaught TypeError: a(...) is not a function at wpcom-upsell-support-link-handler.js?ver=...:1:1232

    Symptoms:

    • The error appears in the browser console on every page load.
    • It references wpcom-upsell-support-link-handler.js.
    • I do not have any upsell or premium modules enabled intentionally.
    • This seems to be related to Jetpack or another Automattic product.

    Request:

    • How can I fix or suppress this error?
    • Is there a known bug in the latest Jetpack or Gutenberg build?
    • Can I safely disable the upsell JS or prevent it from loading if I’m not using the upsell features?

    Site details:

    • WP Version 6.8.1

Hi @terry9711, can you please share the URL to your website? Additionally, can you tell us what page(s) you’re seeing this JS error on?

    Hi there, @terry9711,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
