Jetpack Verification secrets not found Error

Hello, I recently changed the host and moved the website to GoDaddy. Everything is working fine except that I am unable to set-up and connect to the Jetpack. It’s throwing error: The Jetpack server encountered the following client error: Verification secrets not found.

Earlier I was getting this error – “The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site\’s XML-RPC URL. If you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, deactivate W3 Total Cache, try to Connect to WordPress.com again, reactivate W3 Total Cache, then clear W3 Total Cache\’s cache.” But it changed to verification error after disconnecting the site from wordpress.com.

I have already tried everything that I found in the forum. This includes –
1. Tried changing browsers.
2. Tried removing and reinstalling plugins.
3. Disconnected jetpack from wordpress.com to start afresh.
4. Clearing all websites and browser cache.
5. GoDaddy customer care is unable to resolve it and referred me here.

xmprc.php is enabled and working fine and returning “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.”
