Its not working for me either. I opened a new thread days ago about it and no one has responded. I’m trying to get certain widgets to display on a woocommerce shop page, but no go 🙁
@techknowledgic Could you post examples of the pages where you’d like to show or hide a widget, so I can take a closer look?

I tried to change the visibility settings to categories and other pages and nothing worked

If you’d like to display widgets on that page only, you’ll need to choose Page > Archive Page, as the Forums page is an archive page of the Forums Custom Post Type.
That should help you out.
That is my issue. the widgets aren’t showing up
and also I tried the Archive page and it doesn’t seem that it’s working
In my tests, widgets can be displayed on Forums archive pages with the following widget visibility rule:

If that doesn’t work, you’ll want to make sure there are no other visibility rules active for that widget. You will also want to check if the widgets get displayed when you don’t add any rules; if they don’t, your theme is not designed to display widgets on Archive Pages.

the widget works if there is no rules but when I use the visibility it doesn’t work
