Jetpack will not install
-
I cannot connect to jetpack. This is the error that I continue to receive.
“Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 403]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.me/support/”I contacted my hosting company to ask them to unblock the xmlrpc:php file, and they have just gotten back to me today saying that they have done this. However I still get the error when I try to connect to Jetpack to WordPress — please advise?
“We have currently enabled access for xmlrpc.php for your account. Kindly, restrict the access to xmlrpc to your IP addresses. You can modify the below code in .htaccess file
———————————-Order Deny,Allow
Allow from x.x.x.x”
