In the site health section we are getting this message:

Jetpack has detected a problem with the communication between your site and WordPress.comJetpack

There is a problem with the communication between your site and WordPress.com. This could be impacting some of your site’s Jetpack-powered features. If you continue to see this error, please contact support for assistance.

However, everything looks fine in our dashboard. We have reconnected the site a couple of times and the announcement persists. And when we tried to debug the Jetpack issue we had a “unknown error” message.

    Hi @rubensyanes

I’ve examined your site’s connection using our debugging tools, and everything appears healthy. Additionally, I’ve updated the endpoint we use for the communication to the most recommended one.

Please let me know if Site Health keeps detecting problems.

    Thanks!

    Paulina, thanks for your response.

I checked the site again and yeah, the problems persists. Any suggestions?

    Hello @rubensyanes,

Thanks for getting back to us.

I still see that your site’s Jetpack connection is showing as healthy: https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=https://shop.tecnicasystems.com

That said, I see there were some lingering synchronization issues between your site and our own servers. These sometimes cause discrepancies between connection reports on our end and what’s shown on your side. I have now queued a job to address these sync issues.

In the meantime, please make sure that Jetpack’s IP addresses are allow-listed on any security plugin you might have on your site, such us Really Simple Security ( formerly Really Simple SSL ).

Here is the list of our IP addresses to allow-list: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/.

This will make sure traffic between your site and our servers is not hindered.

Let us know if that addresses your issues!

    Best,

    Hello @rubensyanes,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
