• I was using jet pack on my wordpress site. ONe day it just stopped working. I cannot figure out how to reconnect.

I have tried downloaded the jetpack plug in again but I get this error message. Downloading install package from https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/jetpack.3.7.2.zip…

    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Destination folder already exists. /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data03/98/2612298/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/

    Plugin install failed.

    Return to Plugin Installer

I cannot see the plugin in as an installed plug in so I have no idea what to do to solve this or search for the solution.

    Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

Could you try to log in to your site via FTP or CPanel, and delete the existing Jetpack plugin folder, and reinstall the plugin manually as explained here:
    http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

You’ll find the Jetpack plugin folder here:

    wp-content
       plugins
         jetpack - DELETE THIS FOLDER

If you’re not sure how to do this, you can ask your hosting company for help. They should also have documentation explaining how to edit or remove files from your site using FTP or a File Manager in your admin panel.

Let me know how it goes.
