Jigoshop Attributes

Hi, I have been using jigoshop on various clients sites since its was launched with no problem.

Today I am trying to add attributes to some products and the attributes just won’t save for me to add variations.

I can add an attribute to the attributes list but it won’t apply to a product, as soon as I click the update product button they disappear.

All plugins and the theme is up to date. Please can someone help asap.
