Job Manager User Access

I am curious to know if there is a way to give a user access to the Job Manager plugin so that he can add/delete/edit jobs without giving him access to other areas of the word press admin pages? I want to give the HR guy access only to the Job Manager section of my word press website so he can add/delete/edit jobs but he shouldn’t have access to anything else on WP
