We have gone through the provided link. You are experiencing this issue because of HTML structure and container class naming issue.
Please add the “container_inner page_container_inner” class in Job Board> Appearance Tab that will only resolve the width issue. For other cosmetic changes please ask your theme developer to make it according to your website other pages.

– You can change “Read More” text from the code file as following:
simple-job-board/public/partials/simple-job-board-template-functions.php at line # 626

It’s “Apply Online” text not “Apply Now”. For changing it, please go to the following file and change the “Apply Online” text:
simple-job-board/templates/single-jobpost/job-application.php
You can enable/disable filter from Job Board> Settings> Filters.
For color issue, we have taken a look at your site, all colors seem to be applied.
Note: Use SJB templating feature instead of modifying its core files directly. For templating, please visit the other notes section.

This didn’t work for me – “container_inner page_container_inner”
When I changed it nothing seemed to improve. Since this plugin isn’t sorted for theme Twenty Seventeen I am considering looking around for an alternative. Functionality for fixing the size / distance from the edge of the page etc. should be built in

It will definitely not work for you as we have suggested this solution to @danimeme. It is due to the container class naming issue that is site specific.
