    [job_list] shortcode to show a maximum number of Jobs with a read more link that links to Jobs page.

    Please see there is an option for

    Job Board Manager Settings > Post per page

    there is no option or filter available to add “read more” link after job excerpt on job list.
    you can manually add Read more link to edit this file

    job-board-manager\templates\job-archive\excerpt.php
