From Joinchat we recommend that the capture is done with links to landings and that it is on the website where the lead is qualified, segmented, and where their information and their preferences and tastes are stored.
The degree of awareness of the need is awakened with an adequate unique value proposition and where a funnel allows to find out if the lead is ready for conversion or requires a chat contact.

You can add a query param for your campaigns e.g. http://www.example.com/?source=ppc. After in Joinchat settings you can set “Message” for the first WhastApp massage and use dynamic variable {HREF} e.g. “I need more information about {HREF}”.
You will be able to see if it comes from the Ads url or not.
