Ok, please share the URL where you have implemented my plugin. And also the exact name of the fancybox plugin. May be that plugin will be including a different version of jQuery. If there would be any problem in my plugin so i will surely fix it.

Yes, there is a solution that if you don’t use the jQuery implementation. Use simply page redirect option.

No, this is no solution. I bought the plugin, because, I want to use AJAX. I dont want to refresh the full page.

You are right, customers are having already the contact information inside the order email. I have asked for the order number which is numeric, just for their convenience. I will take care of the rules next time. Thank you so much for guiding me on every step.
