jQuery Error on Upload

We’ve been using this plugin for a while now without issue – however – it seems recently it has stopped working.

We’re able to go as far as select the image from our local devices – but – no path or upload happens after selecting it.

I’m seeing this JS error on the console:

Does anybody know a fix for this?
