Jquery Links

I have a site set up at this address. I am using a plugin wp nivo slider which seems to be grabbing jquery from WordPress Wp-includes folder – it looks like it is grabbing 1.61 of jquery.

I also have a Text scroler with js within the twitter sidebar that needs 1.42 and I need to somehow include this link on page as well Nivo SLider link to jquery.

When I have both the js works for the text scroller but the Nivo Slider stops working. Help appreciated..
