I wrote to my theme support to tell them that my navigation on my desktop and mobile is not working properly or at all. They checked and said its a WordPress problem, not their theme. Here is what they wrote to me.

You need to recheck with your site admin or whoever set up your site or install WordPress to your site. This seems to be incomplete WordPress installation. Without jQuery, you site will never be complete in functionality. Since this is WordPress installation problem, there is nothing more I can do to help, I can only identify you that the problem is lacking of jQuery. Here’s the information of jQuery https://jquery.com/

    Fixed!!

Thank you for the help Mukesh! that was it. Its been like that for many months and just causing me lots of stress. Yesterday my hosting company told me to destroy my whole website and download a new one. I asked why is that, couldn’t just a code be fixed or something. They said maybe, but we don’t know enough about that. They would have had me kill my business for nothing.

Thanks again for the quick response and help brother.
