jquery quick pagination not working

we have jquery quick pagination enabled on the popover in our site and for some reason, the previous button is not showing up, only the next button is showing. I’m new to jquery and would appreciate a little help…

if you click on the Clients & Case Studies link, it will open a popover. click on Browse by Client and you’ll see what I’m talking about.
