Jquery Undefined Error on Upload

I am getting an error when I try to use this Plugin with the Slient theme.
When I attempt to use the ajax image upload here is the error that I am getting:
Error:
TypeError: jQuery(…).prev(…).attr(…) is undefined

I do know that the conflict is with the salient theme as when I activate the ‘twentysixteen’ theme the upload works fine.
I been trying to find the code within the theme that is causing this issue but I haven’t been able to find.
If I could get some assistance with this, maybe this is an error that someone has some information about.

Happy to help you out but I’ll need a copy of the them to put on my test environment.
Can you upload or zip and send to [email protected]
And just a tip – to get the non-minified version of the JavaScript, add ?gform_debug to the URL – this will give you a more specific error message, hopefully it’ll say the exact line with the error. (although, what you have now seems enough)
