I noticed that if I use a plugin to add JS code in the HEAD of the website, the Frontend > JS > JS Combination feature removes the code for the new Ahrefs Analytics tool.

Can you please check on that?

    Thank you.

    Hello @ilovewpcom,

The Speed Optimizer plugin is compatible with the Ahrefs SEO plugin. As such, the issue you are describing appears to specific to the setup of your website. We will be happy to review this further and check if there is anything we can do on our end to assist with that. For this process, we will need you to contact our Support Team directly, if you are a SiteGround client, and provide us with more details on how exactly to replicate the issue at hand on our end.

    Kind Regards,
    Preslav

    Hi Preslav,

I was not talking about the Ahrefs SEO plugin. I am talking about the (new) Ahrefs Analytics tool, a GDPR-friendly alternative to Google Analytics.
It works by adding one line of code (1 JS file) to the header of the website, similar to how GA or GTM works.

    Best regards,
    Dumitru B.
