recently i have successfully install Autoptimize plugin. i’m trying to enable JS, CSS & HTML options but after click on save change the option automatic disable.

That is likely due to persistent object caching, try clearing redis/ memcached Naveen?

Can’t really tell you I’m afraid, as it depends on your specific context. Best route would be to ask your hoster’s support?
