Hi,
If you go the settings page, then scroll down to the tools section and enable the compatibility mode. Does this fix it?
If you go here:
http://prntscr.com/h4uzys
You can see the errors I’m getting. It does the initial load just fine, but if I try to do a search based on location it just says “Something went wrong, please try again”
Do you still get the error? When I search for a location it works just fine.
Is the compatibility mode still enabled?
If so, and you still get the error can you for a second disable all other plugins and see if that makes a difference? If so, then enable them again one by one until you find the one that causes a conflict.
Also try to switch back to a default wp theme to see if the issue comes from within your theme.
Hey there!
Yes i do still get the error. The plugin that is causing the conflict is power builder. They both are trying to call the google API. If I search more than once it wont work.
If you disable the power builder plugin, then it works just fine?
I’m afraid you have to ask them how to unload the Google Maps library, either completely or only on a single page.
The store locator has an option that tries to unload other scripts, but it doesn’t work 100% of the time.
