There is a JS error in this plugins code that causes the Theme Customisers color picker to break with the GeneratePress theme. I am sure this error must cause other issues with other themes and plugins too.

It’s a known bug. There is a solution: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/cerber-conflicts-with-wordpress-customizer/

A new version of the plugin will be available in a couple of days.
