    Recently, we’ve been having a error in the JS console, and some sporadic duplicate orders which I think may relate the the JS error. The error is as follows;

    Uncaught Error: Stripe initialization data is not available

    It’s being produced by file file; wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/build/upe_blocks.js

    I look forward to hearing from you,
    Jamie

  • Hi @jamieplexus

    Thanks for sharing your experience. I understand how frustrating it can be to see JS errors that cause duplicate orders. To further explain the error message “Uncaught Error: Stripe initialization data is not available” typically means the JavaScript responsible for setting up Stripe’s payment functionality can’t find the necessary setup information. This could prevent Stripe from working correctly.

    To help you better, we need more details about when the error happens and any relevant screenshots you can share. You can use snipboard.io to take a screenshot then paste the link here.

    Also, please check if you’ve successfully connected to your Stripe account by following this guide.

    Looking forward to your response.
