JS Errors + Settings error

Hello !
I installed the plugin and tried to copy the exact code of the demo to start.
Right after I installed the plugin and go to the Settings page, I see the following message on top:

Then, if I enter a CF7 Form, I get the following messages in the console:

Because of the JS errors, the popup does not appear so basically I cannot use the plugin. Any thing I need to change or adapt to get it working ? Any suggestion ?
