Hii,
I use free vesion of Js Help Desk Plugin. I need to customize form fields as I don’t need to add priority field and some other more. But when I am disable priority field ticket is not submited properly.
Message shows that Ticket created but actually ticket is not created so I just want to know that in paid version, I will remove that fields or anyone and customize that.
Even there is a designing issues so I just want to know that is paid version flexible or not.
And I want to integrate my support ticket with woo-commerce so it is possible or not.
I want select drop-down field of order id in my support ticket.
