JS syntax error with mediaelement

When JS Combine + Remove Comments is on and WP loads mediaelement-and-player.min.js due to an embedded video, the combined JS yields an error:

SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token

Just a humble FYI that the error is still happening with the latest Litespeed Cache (as of this date) 3.5.0.2.
