Does this plugin support auto reload of the json data? I do not want to do an html meta refresh or any other method that refreshes the entire page. I only want my JSON data to be reloaded every 10 seconds. How can I do that?

no

for reloading data without reloading the whole page you need ajax, e.g.
https://de.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ajax-manufactory/

then you need a json source. what my plugin can do is tailoring the json as you like.
