JSON disables after updates

Hey guys, a couple of months ago I posted about this issue here, but sadly didn’t get an answer back. Every time WP has an update the Jetpack JSON option becomes disable and this breaks my app.

I have tested the plugins, the theme, and haven’t any errors that might be causing this, does anyone else has experienced this?
